    Welcome to Sparks, I see that your on some GREAT TEAMS!!

    Read as much as you can and dont get overwhelmed with all the info you will see today.. RELAX grab a bottle water and READ as much as you can. It took me a good week or two get really get a grasp of things.. So take your time there is no rush.

    Do remember that, there will be days that you will fall down and thats ok, just get back up and dust your self off (BUT DONT STOP
    Baby learned how to crawled before they walked, thats what we are doing on this diet...

    Nothing will get in your way, you are going to be a GREAT LOSER!
