Hey, chica! Congrats on the race and your pace! I run at about the same speed but a little slower...I wish we lived closer because then we could go on runs together!!

A 10k would be awesome and would definitely keep you motivated! I'm flirting with the idea of maybe training for a half after I finish the half relay. I am slow slow slow, but I might be able to go the distance. We'll just have to see! :)

Hi! I noticed your post on Healthy1Jess's page. Just wanted to say congrats on the 4 mile run! I too want to train for a 10K this year--though not in the summer as I live in Arizona. Way too hot. lol

Anyhow, congratulations and good luck!! Hope you don't mind, but I'm adding you as a SparkFriend. I'd love to hear about your training progress.
