My goal is to lose weight and tone up, and finally be comfortable in my own skin! I really want to have more self-confidence, and to finally stop worrying all day every day about my weight, and be able to just live my life!
Eating: Eat only when hungry/when I know I need to eat, and not just because I can. Also to choose healthier options.
Exercise: Work out doing SOMETHING every day.

THANKS!!!! Because those things are super freaking yummy, but I never ate the other one because it just wasn't worth it at 300 calories. I apparently read the label right at the store and then completely read it wrong at home (at least I read it wrong in the right way). I got one sitting in the cabinet right now all lonely
