~Progress NOT Perfection~

Hi! My name is Jessica, I'm 28 and live in central PA with my husband of 2 years.
Unfortunately, this is not my first time to SP. I have started and stopped so many times now it isn't even funny. But as Elbert Hubbard once said "There is no failer except in no longer trying". So here I am again.

I have 142 lbs to lose. I can't believe I have let myself go like this! 6 yrs ago I weighed 155 lbs and was a size 12-14 now I'm 289 lbs and wear a size 22-24!!

I'm just so ready to get back the old me. I just want to be able to feel comfortable with myself again. I want to be that confident woman I use to be when I met my husband 6 yrs ago. I'm sure he misses her as much as I do.
I know he loves me the way I am but I also know that my weight gain has definitley changed our relationship. And I feel like until I am happy with myself things won't be able to change.
So I'm hoping to change things once and for all!

I have a long journey ahead of me but I know if I stay connected to SP for motivation I will be able to succeed this time!

My Goals:
To lose a total of 142 lbs.
To become happier, healthier, and more confident. Not just for myself but for my husband and our future childern.

To feel comfortable enough with my body to wear a bathing suit next summer for a trip to Las Vegas so I can hangout poolside with my sis-in-law.


My Program:
Eating healthier.
No more eating out.
Drinking more water.
Exercise.
Staying connected to SP for motivation!
