Since we all lived past Dec. 21st...

I am a full time nurse and mom to 3 daughters. Between activities and work we hardly have time to breathe! I lost weight previously on Sparkpeople and have kept it off but have not lost anymore weight in 2 years. Last year I had a pretty severe neck and shoulder injury that kept me on the sidelines all of last year. I really want to make it work this time and actually meet my goal instead of giving up half way!

My goals for 2013

1. I don't want to just "lose weight" anymore, I want to live healthier in 2013.
2. Become active again. I want to run a 5K...maybe even a 10K this year.
3. Make more of an effort on my appearance. I've been in "mommy" mode for so long I forgot I used to do my hair and wear makeup!

I completely understand about feeling like giving up. I started over 4 different times. THis time I am doing better about staying on track. YOU CAN TOO!! I believe in you! We can do this together.
