Thanks for the positive comment on my job loss blog. Things are looking a bit up, I was definitely still in shock and denial when i wrote the last blog! :-)

Thanks for your advice on my blog. I think I will be just maintaining my weight at least through the holidays and maybe I will look into seeing a nutritionist. I would love to get a better picture of my overall health than just the number on the scale
