My Goals:
- Lose 1kg a week (until I reach my goal weight of 64kg)
- Track fitness and food daily
- Keep high self-control, but still live life (i.e. allow myself some lenience)
- To keep going!

My Program:
Gym 5 times a week (minimum).
Mondays - Strength training
Tuesdays - Cardio
Wednesdays - Cardio
Thursdays - Strength training
Fridays - Cardio
Sat/Sun - if I'm free!

Stick to eating 1000cal a day.

I've been doing really good! I started weight watchers to help me to stay on track with my eating. So far so good! :) It's only been my first week so I don't know about weight loss yet, but I'm hoping to see some sort of losing in the first couple of weeks!

Thanks for the add! :) I saw that you would like encouragement and such (which is why this place is AWESOME!) and I was wondering if you wanted to be spark buddies :) I've recently found a couple, but I love having a group of people that you can motivate and get motivation from. Thanks for the Goodie! We truly make weightloss a lot harder than it needs to be. Of course, it took me 60 years to figure this out. ;) You CAN do this and maintain. emoticon
