365 days to a more inspired-- Me! Fingerhearts!
I know, I'm a thick chick. I'll always be one, but I'd like to be a smaller version of one. I want to keep some curves, but not all of them. I'm a Mom to four daughters, ages 13, 9 (almost 10) and my twins are almost 9. I had three of my four daughters in one year. I am a really creative person, so I base my career around my family and my creativity. I have a media production company, I own a modeling management company and I'm a photographer, make-up artist ...
I know, I'm a thick chick. I'll always be one, but I'd like to be a smaller version of one. I want to keep some curves, but not all of them. I'm a Mom to four daughters, ages 13, 9 (almost 10) and my twins are almost 9. I had three of my four daughters in one year. I am a really creative person, so I base my career around my family and my creativity. I have a media production company, I own a modeling management company and I'm a photographer, make-up artist and hair dresser. I'm finally in school full-time to get my cosmetology license. I hit my highest weight that I've ever been, this year. 270. I wasn't this big when I had my youngest daughters-twins. My weight gain was rapid, and mostly caused by an inflammatory disorder and some caused by poor eating (on and off). I describe this, more in depth in my blog. Anyway, I'm really looking to reaching my first goal of 200, as soon as it hits. I'd love to meet other people trying to meet their goals as well. I would love to support and encourage you, and I hope that you might be interested in doing the same for me.

My Goals:
First goal done, and then some! YAYYYY My first goal is to get rid of the first 20 lbs soon as possible. So I can safely exercise more, with lower blood pressure. My second goal is to reach 200 as soon as possible. I'm not thrilled about my water weight gain, and I'll feel so much healthier when I get to this spot by staying on my program.
My Program:
I am eating a lower calorie, lower fat, lower salt, flexitarian sort of way. I am keeping my calories between 1200-1400 calories, and drinking over 9 glasses of water a day. I am working in plenty of exercise, and will increase once my weight drops a little more.
Other Information:
Every day that you wake up is a day that you have purpose.
