Getting back on the train
I am a 34yo stay at home mom and photographer. I have a daughter who will be 9 in December and son who is 15 months. I am a 34yo stay at home mom and photographer. I have a daughter who will be 9 in December and son who is 15 months. I'm married to an amazing man who is in the Coast Guard and we are currently stationed in the New England area. I have struggled with my weight since our daughter was born. I don't know what happened after that as I used to be big into cycling and in very good shape. Between a thyroid problem, depression, moving all over the country, you name it, I suppose I let life get the best of me. So here I am 15 months after my son was born. I lost over 40lbs the first few months of his life and felt great. Then bam, put it all back on and then some. I've decided there is no other way to do this but with help from others who have been there done that and come out on top in the end. I know I can do this, it's just a matter of staying motivated and focused on what I need to do. Part of my problem is that I DON'T eat. I go without breakfast and lunch most days, don't drink water, have two cups of coffee in the morning then binge at night. Thanks to my husband we have started this together so I am fortunate to have great support here at home.

My Goals:
My shorterm goal is to lost 10lbs a month.
My Program:
Walk 3-4miles every other day, 1 mile opposite days drink 64 oz water a day watch my carbs. While I'm not doing a carb free diet, really going to try to keep the refined junk to a minimum.
