the last time i was at 180 in june.... after i left the boyfriend i dropped 15 lbs with the help of personal training

Blame the Darkness

time to get strong!!!! i wnt to add muscle and get lean and toned i started doing jillian michaels 30 day shred but have lost motivation after day 5. im stlll doing cardio though. i think i will be able to workout the days i work tuesday through saturday and give myself off from strength training sunday and monday but include cardio

its getting warmer!!!!! i'm doing well with staying well within my calorie range, some days i am way under, which i know isnt healthy but im trying ...

Actually, I'm not using the WW program :) Just the weekly weigh in. My work offers the program... we pay up front and get reimbursed at the end if we stick with it.

I'm using the weekly weigh in to keep me on track :D

Hey Find,
So where did you see these Kool-Aid Klan ladies? I was hoping it was just my city or country or maybe just Europe.... please don't say North America... I need to know that there is a quarantine of this pandemic somewhere in the world...! I've been seriously pondering carrying a camera at all times to capture the horrific results in an attempt to educate other of the serious consequences. Maybe we could make our own SparkPeople Challenge out of it!

Thank you so much for your comment!!! I will overcome my families negativity!!! lol at least I hope so. Nothing feels so good as reaching a goal and feels so bad at the same time as having no one to share in your excitement! Keep up the good work! I am sure some of your weight is due to water and muscle gain. Hang in there! You can always try changing up your exercise routine a little bit and your eating habits. Some people find cutting some sodium and sugar out helps as well. It migh tkick up a new bit of weight loss for you. Good LUCK!!! I know you can do it. Don't get discouraged, we go up and down and sometimes stay the same weight. If you keep at it I am sure it will come off. emoticon

Same here darlin...I'm back to the drawing board myself. I've luckily lost weight and haven't gained any back, but I hate being stuck. I'm on round 2 and so far so good. It seems to improve every time so I'm sure you'll do much better this time!
