Do you think its the weights or the cardio that's making you exhausted. Either way increasing your bananas and Vitamin C (you really can't overdose on vitaC) and decreasing your lean meats (protein pulls a lot out of your energy level) for a week will probably help when it comes to diet. And if you have built up lactic acid it can drain you too so make sure you're stretching for at least 4 or 5 min after your workouts. I'm sorry you're so tired :( 1967 days ago
