I have several goal weights as I go through this journey. They are set at 25 pound increments for the most part. My small goal is 5 lbs. I'm just going to look at the next 5 I need to lose instead of at the whole amount. So goals: 275 250 225 200 175 150 140 130
I'm doing this for several reasons. Most have to do with wanting to be healthy and not out of breath. Also I want to be able to do things I was able to do when I was younger, like stand around without breaking a sweat, or put on shoes without a struggle. Simple things.

I believe that everyone is beautiful...yet, I am unhappy with my weight. I am looking for support that can help me to get through college and lose all of this weight. I need motivation. How are you though?
Good for you on the healthy eating and staying active and on almost being done with your classes!! That's awesome! It's difficult to keep up with a healthy routine when life gets in the way so good for you for keeping it up. Just thought I'd see how you were =)
