You should not have to worry about those things all you should be worrying about is getting better and on track. Them people really need to get over and learn that everything is not GM!!!! thanks for the add! As long as you can keep your motivation & determination going, you can do it. Just take things 1 day at a time. If you mess up one meal (or snack) you can always try again at your next meal. If you screw up one day, there's always the next. Explore new foods and seasonings. Learn to love your fruits & veggies.
