    I love you as well and thanks for stopping by. I am sorry to hear about that horrible day of yours. You should not have to worry about those things all you should be worrying about is getting better and on track. Them people really need to get over and learn that everything is not GM!!!! That just shows you how much they need you and Joe there and how much u guys really do for them. If u need to talk I am here as always. Try and keep your head up and don't let this get in the way worry about you and your future family:)

    thanks for the add! As long as you can keep your motivation & determination going, you can do it. Just take things 1 day at a time. If you mess up one meal (or snack) you can always try again at your next meal. If you screw up one day, there's always the next. Explore new foods and seasonings. Learn to love your fruits & veggies.

    The #1 thing that helped me lose INCHES (like 2 pants sizes!) was ditching sodas completely.
