Fitness Goals:
Complete a 5K under 45 minutes

Those are my first few, I'll add more, and maybe some rewards once i think of them!

My Program:
I hit my gym Monday-Friday before work. Not really sure how this night owl turned into a morning exerciser, but it seems to be working, so I'm sticking with it!

I like to do races, usually just 5k's, but I'm completing my second 10k on March 29th, AND I've signed up for the Richmond half marathon in November- EEK! Races keep me motivated to keep training hard.

I still struggle with eating, but tracking my food and trying my best to stick to my SP ranges. I'm just trying to trust the process, even when I don't see any changes. I know if I'm patient it will continue to pay off.

I'm married, no kids yet. I do have two nieces and two nephews. And we have a fur baby- a ginger tomcat named Jean-Luc. I work full time for a mortgage company and am going to school for my second Bachelor's. Fortunately it's just one 6-week class at a time.

I love to read, I write a bit (although I haven't in a long time) and also love music. I dabble a little in sewing/crocheting/embroidary. I enjoy medieval history.

I'm totally a Doctor Who junkie, and an Anglophile in general. BBC America can be a problem in my life. ;)

I adore Firefly as well.

Haven't played in a while, but I enjoy a good game of D&D, as well. It's actually how I met my husband! :D

It sucks that you might get stuck with the whole therapy bill! I'm fortunate that I have really good insurance that allows me to go to therapy. I hate it, but I know I need to go. And I think I really need to work on my food issues.

Oh I so know what you're saying about all the clothes fitting the same. That's the worst part of losing weight when you have a significant amount to lose -- it takes a lot of lbs to see a big difference in your clothing. That can be crazy frustrating. Of course, you're also right about not being able to afford a new wardrobe. Although I will hit the thrift stores when I shrink a little.

A pedi sounds lovely. Pampering is a good thing, and you've sure earned it. Hope you get to Twoterville soon!
