any ideas for our next challenge? hmm........i'm trying to think about parts that I'm not doing so much...(like I haven't been entering my food in...have you?) if not, maybe we can make our next challenge putting in our breakfast 3 days in a row, or something like that?
Or, thinking of your blog, drinking 4 cups of non-water water (herbal tea etc) in a day. Oh, oh, oh--- maybe even better trying a new non-water water beverage that we dont usually drink-- like you said adding lemon to your water, or maybe a new kind of tea...and then sharing the idea with each other? what do you think?

I have an idea-- how about you and I propose "Challenges of the Day" (or something like that) for each other. Not everyday- but maybe once or twice a week we can suggest a small challenge or goal. I know our big one for the week is the Motivation Poster (i haven't started yet).
My challenge to you for today/tomorrow is to write a blog entry...can be about anything: your favorite thing for breakfast, the lyrics of a song that gets you pumped up, thoughts about getting back to SP, a tip about what worked for you the first time around, etc...anything that comes to mind. I just did mine and it felt really good to be engaging again on the site.
