Well, I guess I'm *sort of* sparkpeopling (yes, a very nice verb!). I got really frustrated with the nutrition/fitness tracker, and sort of gave up. I got irritated that most of the food I eat isn't really on the nutrition "add a food" thingy (meaning I have to enter every ingredient/measurement in one at a time, which I don't really have time for) and the fitness section wouldn't let me add Pilates! So it's been of limited use, I suppose.
BUT I'm keeping track of my exercises in a journal, and watching what I eat. And I'm back to drinking 8 cups + water per day (somehow I let that slide, I don't know how - yes I do - no food/drinks allowed in the lab, so I'm not constantly sipping H2O!!) Anyway, I've got the sparkpeople essentials, I guess, but haven't actually been using this site much!
Have you been using it? And how's it going? It looks like your weight loss bar is progressing - so that's good! Are you feeling good too?
And apart from sparkpeople/weight stuff - I MISS YOU! And I will send you a private email soon.
