Dropping the pounds
Hi, Just looking for some extra motivation. I like using the spark to log my fitness minutes and read a few blogs and get some spark points. Right now I am just trying to make it through the holidays without blowing it all.

My Goals:
Keep losing lbs. Keep getting more fit. I am working toward running a 5K in NOV.
My Program:
I try to exercise 6-7 days a week. I like to mix it up with workout tapes, mostly Biggest Loser tapes. I also bike ride and hike a lot. My wife and I love to hike. She is Shelly_Do on the spark. I try to limit my colories to under 2000 per day but it is ususally about 1500.
Other Information:
Sometimes you just got to get out and hike!!!
