I started off slow on Sparkpeople, exploring, going for the daily bonus spin, & taking care of the basics, such as sleep, while my weight bounced around. Found my Spark and released the majority of my excess fat in 2013.

Maintained most of that weight loss though I have a bit to relose after a bout of sickness during which i abandoned my new eating plan.

My Goals:
Increase fitness, flexibility & energy. Gain muscle, lose fat. In 2014 my focus is on releasing fat and more weight based exercise.
Doing pretty well so far, this year is the year.

My Program:
Log in every day & go for the bonus spin.
6-9 hours exercise weekly, mostly Zumba & water exercise.

Rocking the Cura Romana to reset my weight and eating patterns.



Personal Information:
I'm a Kiwi chick, living with my DH in New Zealand. I work part time and I love to garden, with my feathered and fur helpers.

How are you doing?? I've missed you!!
I see you have still been hitting the pool - and when you say yoga moves in the water, I'm thinking Esther Williams and a gorgeous synchronized swimming number emoticon
(spark emoticons are insufficient haha)..

I'm on a yoga path still, trying to find a daily practice and stay sane.

I'm a hen-less old hen now. We got a new-to-us pug this summer and seems someone hadn't the same enthusiasm for the girls as I had and felt that I'd taken on too many feathered and furred companions. I felt like it would demonstrate compromise on my part but I still miss them. They are with a friend who has lots of chickens so I know they are happy but it was tough to do emoticon

Trying to find a way to be mindful of how I'm living and not making myself crazy on a path to staying healthy. One day at a time emoticon
