I started off slow on Sparkpeople, exploring, going for the daily bonus spin, & taking care of the basics, such as sleep, while my weight bounced around. Found my Spark and released the majority of my excess fat in 2013.

Maintained most of that weight loss though I have a bit to relose after a bout of sickness during which i abandoned my new eating plan.

My Goals:
Increase fitness, flexibility & energy. Gain muscle, lose fat. In 2014 my focus is on releasing fat and more weight based exercise.
Doing pretty well so far, this year is the year.

My Program:
Log in every day & go for the bonus spin.
6-9 hours exercise weekly, mostly Zumba & water exercise.

Rocking the Cura Romana to reset my weight and eating patterns.

A sweet surprise that's called a "Boo".
A friendly "goblin" left it here
To spread a little "ghostly" cheer.
It's not a fright; it's not a scare, it's just a secret smile to share.

Thanks, Fifi, for your continued support! I appreciate your comment on my blog post. I have done pretty darn good this week at limiting "added" sugar, now I need to work on the other carbs next, then gluten (I guess that's a biggie with auto-immune deficiencies) and dairy... you are probably right about the cheese, sigh (notice how it is at the last of my elimination list - ha). I am trying to focus on what I CAN eat - lots of veggies and lean protein this week. No change on the scale, but I think I have a bit more energy. Thanks again, it means a lot!
