I started off slow on Sparkpeople, exploring, going for the daily bonus spin, & taking care of the basics, such as sleep, while my weight bounced around. Easily released most of my excess fat in 2013 and 2014 and then just as easily took on some new fat! Stopped the slide before attaining my old weight, and my big work for 2015 is to rerelease that excess fat, maintain my goal weight, & practice ...

Log in every day. High intensity exercise, mostly Zumba & water exercise.

Made my soup this morning at 5am.
Zucchini, onion, carrots and celery with chicken broth. Cook until done and add 1 squeezed lemon- kind of a Mediterranean style. Serve heated or cold.
New SIL is from GB and immigration details dictates when wedding takes place!

Thanks for your blog comment. The resolution is in "nek blog post". There's such a big contrast between working for a university (even a private one) and working for private industry where the obsession is with the short-term bottom line. emoticon emoticon emoticon
