I started off slow on Sparkpeople, exploring, going for the daily bonus spin, & taking care of the basics, such as sleep, while my weight bounced around. Found my Spark and released the majority of my excess fat in 2013.

Maintained most of that weight loss though I have a bit to relose after a bout of sickness during which i abandoned my new eating plan.

My Goals:
Increase fitness, flexibility & energy. Gain muscle, lose fat. In 2014 my focus is on releasing fat and more weight based exercise.
Doing pretty well so far, this year is the year.

My Program:
Log in every day & go for the bonus spin.
6-9 hours exercise weekly, mostly Zumba & water exercise.

Rocking the Cura Romana to reset my weight and eating patterns.

I'm a Kiwi chick, living with my DH in New Zealand. I work part time and I love to garden, with my feathered and fur helpers.

Thanks for asking. I definitely have gout from lab and x-rays. The pain is less now, but still there. I will be seeing a rheumatologist this week.
