Losing Weight as a Full Time Student
I'm currently a student at Oklahoma State. I'm moving out on my own at the start of the new year, and I see it as a great opportunity to take back my health! I feel like my family doesn't set great examples of healthy eating, and my roommate and I plan to redefine our eating habits. I will have nobody to blame but myself! Hopefully I can find a way to cut through the freshman fifteen :)

My Program:
I've learned that cold-turkey dieting just is not my thing. I have low self-control, so getting rid of all my favorite things does me no good after the initial three days the diets last! I'm taking it one step at a time.
