You can do it. I am terrible at exercising as well. I am great at rationalizing faults. And I use my powers of logic against my own progress. I think with support from others. And the real wake up call that something needs to change I can do it. I am positive if I can that you can! Stick to it. Remember every journey is step by step and day by day. When you loose motivation look for it. Remember that by foot it would take over a year to walk from New York to California and that that is the kind of journey we are on.
