You can do it. I am terrible at exercising as well. I am great at rationalizing faults. And I use my powers of logic against my own progress. I think with support from others. And the real wake up call that something needs to change I can do it. I am positive if I can that you can! Stick to it. Remember every journey is step by step and day by day.
