TO BE FIT 'N FIFTY
My name is Felicia and I live in southern California. I started my weightloss journey in January of 2008 and have lost 55 pounds. Although I am almost at my goal weight I still have a lot to accomplish to be fit when I turn fifty, in 1 year. I just started running in June 2008 and finished my first 1/2 marathon in October 2008. Although, very slow, I am enjoying this new venture and have now run 5 half marathons and some 10K's and 5K's. For 2010 I plan to be "fit 'n fifty" while ...

Although, very slow, I am enjoying this new venture and have now run 5 half marathons and some 10K's and 5K's. For 2010 I plan to be "fit 'n fifty" while enjoying some new activities like biking and kayaking while continuing my running. Dead Last Finish is greater than Did Not Finish which greatly trumps Did Not Start!

My Goals:
I want to continue to lose weight and get fit. I want to lose 10 more pounds. I want to run the triple crown I want to kayak to Catalina. I want to be in the best shape in my life by the time I am fifty
My Program:
I run 3X a week (at least) I do weight training I go for walks with my husband I cook healthy meals I keep my calories btwn 1100- 1300 depending on what I am doing I am a member of BL I am a member of WCRR
