1st Timer at trying to lose weight at 51 & its time to lose WEIGHT

As a child I was always UNDER WEIGHT for my age. Till I was 15 I was always UNDER 100lbs & hit 200lbs at age 49 & at age 51 I for the 1st time in my life went on my 1st DIET to lose weight. I feel like I'm out of place.How many member on this site went on a DIET for the 1st time at the age 50 or older? I ask because I know that anyone that went on a DIET for the 1st time were in there LATE 30's or EARLY 40's? If anyone is like me going on there 1st WEIGHT LOSS DIET for the 1st time write me ...

Ha! Guess what, I just found the post that I suggested you write a blog about! You replyed to a lady who has spinal stenosis that she may have an ADA case if she had been let go from her job or discriminated againest when applying for a job. Now there is some useful information!

I do not know what ADA is, although I do know what discrimination is! I thought you could do a blog and give details. I am sure there are people on SP that have been discriminated againest job-wise due to their weight. So a blog might help get that information to more people than just a post.
