Thank you for your comment on my “beast” blog. I love hearing how different sparkers have different approaches to fitness. Just to finish the story, the ice melted and I drove to the gym for 7.1 treadmill miles. The beast still stands alone.

Thank you so much for commenting on my "Hater" blog. It is so encouraging to know other people are right with you, even if its online. I am working this day in and day out. I almost can't believe I'm the weight/size I am. Congrats in the fitness minutes, to me those are more important than the food, I've got the food part under control, now it's just keeping my body working out. Keep on going, you're not alone!!
