Hello! That is my lovely spouse, Connie (middle), with our two Irish Wolfhounds, Keegan (left) and Banshee (right). All 3 are a huge part of my life, including our 8 cats (that's our youngest, Atticus, below).
I'm an old-school tabletop RPGamer. Been gaming for over 20 years. I read speculative fiction, love movies of the same plus classic Hollywood.
My biggest problem is not with diet, but with exercise. I need motivation to make the time and effort to do it.

My Goals:
My immediate goal is to lose 30 pounds by Halloween. My ultimate goal is 100 pounds. That will put me right in the middle of the BMI for healthy weight.
My Program:
I think I eat pretty good. I certainly need to exercise more. More veggies and fruit overall are needed.

Cats: 8
Dogs: 3 (BIG dogs)
Spouse: 1 (same sex)
Children: 1 (adult)
Other Information:
I'm a vegetarian, but I will eat fish and milk products, and eggs if they're in the recipe (but not by themselves).
