Hello my name is Nick, i'm 22 years old and i have always been the little guy in school. I used to play soccer in high school but received a serious head injury one game and could not continue throughout the rest of the season. I became interested in Bodybuilding, and began researching excersices and products such as protein supplements. That was back in 2007 when i was 135 lbs. Now it is 2011 and i am 190lbs. I want to continue my journey in the bodybuilding world, but learn more about dieting. I always ate alot of everything and i made great muscle gains while my metabolism took care of the bad stuff. Now that I am getting older and working a lot more I need to have a cleaner diet. That is what i plan to do. So follow me and my journey if your up to make a change in your life!

Thank you! But how to you pull a heavy door with your arms hanging to the side? :-D

I don't know WHY I really need to spread my lats, but the move fascinates me! Especially that people can do it and not make their arms look all wonky.
