A setback is only a setup for a comeback.

I lost 112.50 lbs. to reach my goal about 6 years ago and have maintained ever since. Believe me, maintaining a weight loss is much tougher than losing it in the first place! I have lost & gained & lost and gained & lost over 100 lbs. several times.

This time is different. I am no longer going to give up even when I have a gain or two. I will stick to this journey for the rest of my life! There is just no other choice - giving up is just NOT AN OPTION!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to continue to maintain my current weight along with my walking program.

My Program:
1. Drink TONS of water (at least 96 ozs. daily)
2. Walk at least 1 hour daily.
3. Eat approximately 1,200 to 1,500 calories per day except 1 day a week when I can eat whatever I want.

Personal Information:
I am a big reader of romance and time travel novels.
I also love to do word search puzzles and play solitaire.
Movies bring me great pleasure as well. My husband & I try to get to the movies at least once a week or more.
I just recently retired as of September 1st, 2013! Woo-hoo! I am totally enjoying my retirement!

Hi Judy! I hope you having a good summer. I'm sure tired of all the rain we've been getting in IL. I'm going to Hilton Head Island with my daughters family next week. I'm so ready for the beach. It should be so much fun with my grandson Kohen! I've been walking so much. I got a fitbit and have walked over 10,000 steps a day for over two months now. I'm still having back and hip trouble so walking or biking is about all I can handle! Take care and enjoy your summer!
