A setback is only a setup for a comeback.

I lost 112.50 lbs. to reach my goal about 6 years ago and have maintained ever since. Believe me, maintaining a weight loss is much tougher than losing it in the first place! I have lost & gained & lost and gained & lost over 100 lbs. several times.

This time is different. I am no longer going to give up even when I have a gain or two. I will stick to this journey for the rest of my life! There is just no other choice - giving up is just NOT AN OPTION!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to continue to maintain my current weight along with my walking program.

My Program:
1. Drink TONS of water (at least 96 ozs. daily)
2. Walk at least 1 hour daily.
3. Eat approximately 1,200 to 1,500 calories per day except 1 day a week when I can eat whatever I want.

Personal Information:
I am a big reader of romance and time travel novels.
I also love to do word search puzzles and play solitaire.
Movies bring me great pleasure as well. My husband & I try to get to the movies at least once a week or more.
I just recently retired as of September 1st, 2013! Woo-hoo! I am totally enjoying my retirement!

How did I lose 333 lbs overnight???? Ate on program, got 8 hours sleep and drank 8 glasses of water and exercised!

I accidentally put in a weight that was wayyyyy lower than actual. Made a mistake...LOL

Migraines are a real bear to deal with. I'm on meds for them myself, so I can relate. I hope you don't have to have more like that again this summer. Hugs.
