In my attempt to find something I can stick to and be realistic about, and not forget about in a week...

I (re)discovered hooping this past summer and learned a few tricks watching internet videos. I was recently inspired by the Spark hooping community here, and decided I had to get back to it! So, everyday at least 10 minutes of hooping, and at *least* 20 minutes of exercise, alternating strength and cardio. Everyday - I want to see how long of a streak I can make!
