Hi, I'm Jennifer, 38, and a stay/work at home mom to my 3 beautiful kiddos. Ages 12, 10 & 7. Happily married to my hubby since 1/00.

I've been off SP for a couple of years or so... I need to write my updated intro :D





A little more about me. I wasn't always this out of shape. As a kid/teen I was really active and skinny. Like I said above, I was in drillteam in highschool, and danced all the time. I never once got to 100 lbs in hs because to me that was fat back then LOL honestly if I had only of known. *snort* I have a pic now in my gallery of me in my Senior year.
Now believe me when I say, that I ate like a pig as a teen. Especially at school, with all the junk they served, cheese fries, hamburgers, sweet tea etc. OH and brownies, can't forget the brownies, at least I didn't because after highschool and when I got a desk job, I continued EATING those brownies, and wow I guess I just thought that I would remain skinny hahah

I know now that I don't want my kids to be sugaraholics like I was or am. I did eat healthy stuff too back then, but just never really thought about what I was eating.
Kids will only eat what you place in front of them, so I am making sure to give them healthy, well balanced meals and snacks that are more in proportion.

My Goals:
My current goal is to get my endurance up to be able to RUN a 5k. I've done the walking of a 5k, but now that I am down over 85lbs I'd like to try running one in a real race around town somewhere :D


My Program:
I am back on track with exercise, and I am tracking protein, taking my vits and supplements post surgery.
