I started back on SparkPeople 26 Nov 2012 following a low carb diet - and I weighed 224.2 lbs. I'm trying to make a really good effort this time around. The highest weight that I ever had reached was 241 lbs; I started dieting and SparkPeople in 2008 at 233.8 lbs.

My Goals:
- My first goal is to get under 200 lbs. (COMPLETE: 22 Mar 13)
- My next goal is to get out of the "obese" BMI range at 179 lbs. (At this point, I should be able to fit into pants that I saved that I haven't been able to wear - in YEARS!)
- My next goal after that is to reach 169 lbs.
- My final goal is to reach my ideal weight of 150 -160 lbs.


My Program:
- My exercise routine involves taking the bus to work and back - and I have to walk little over 1.5 miles every day to do so.
- I'm trying to find a fun exercise thing to do - tennis, etc.
- I follow a low-carb diet. Although I count my calories, I am not bound by them so long as I am on program - I just try not to eat too much. It's working so far...



Personal Information:
- I moved to Hawaii in Nov 2011 after living in Korea for 10 years.
- I moved back to Korea in Feb 2015 after living in Hawaii for a little over 3 years.


Other Information:
I'm taking ukulele lessons - it's a fun way to relax.
