My weight has fluctuated pretty dramatically since high school...I say that like it's something just happens. What I should actually say is I alternate whether or not I care about my health. I'd like to drop 35 pounds and manage to keep it off once and for all.
I eat between 1000-1400 calories a day through the week. I give myself one cheat day (usually Saturday). I work out for a half an hour a day 4 times a week and do yoga the other 3.
