I've been overweight all my life I think. I've always been conscious of it but now I can no longer be in denial about my weight. I can feel it and see it and I dont like it. I have to admit, I have little faith but I guess some is better than none. I've been dieting and trying to overcome weight problems since I was a child. I've been overweight all my life I think. I've always been conscious of it but now I can no longer be in denial about my weight. I can feel it and see it and I dont like it. I have to admit, I have little faith but I guess some is better than none. I've been dieting and trying to overcome weight problems since I was a child. I can remember weighing 160lbs in middle school and being completely mortified at being heavier than all my other classmates. The interesting thing is that although I was an overeater as a child, Im not much of an eater in my adult life. Since I've started keeping track of my caloric intake I've realized that I'm simply consuming too many calories and not exercising. Im not calling this a diet because I don't want to get caught up in all the "hoopla" associated with it. I'm just becoming conscious of what I'm eating which in turn has caused me to make better choices and therefore I'm starting to lose weight. *~*Words of Wisdom*~* JUST THROW OUT THAT CAKE ALREADY!! Seriously, I do the same thing with left-overs in the frig! For me, I feel "obligated" to finish them off so that they don't go to "waste." Slowly, I'm re-training my brain- I ask myself- would I rather "waste" it to the trash or "waste" it to my waist?!----ZOOKEEPER9996 "It's easy to say you're too tired, too stressed, too busy, too this or too that. Too bad. The only way you'll strip away the fat is to start by stripping away the excuses." -- Dr. Oz & Dr. Roizen- "You on A Diet" Hopefully you can tell from my pictures that I like makeup lol. Well actually Im a freelance makeup artist and aspiring Clinical Psychologist. When I put my makeup on it makes me feel better about my weight because I have something else to focus on I guess, but when I take it off my dillusions of grandeur come to a screeching halt :( I want to love how I look with or without makeup...Im tired of using makeup to make me feel pretty about my image.
