I am a university student, studying Italian. I have no idea what I am going to do with my major, but we shall see!!
I have been a vegetarian since Jan 1., 2008, and have been on/off vegan for several months now.
My biggest obstacle is consistency, for I do almost nothing consistently in my life!
LONG TERM GOALS
1. To lose 30 lbs
2. To exercise regularly
3. To follow an environmentally conscious eating plan
NO: refined sugar/flour, animal products
YES: fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, whole grains
What I want most is to start an exercise habit. My goal this week is to take a walk/go on the treadmill or elliptical, bike 3x for at least 30 minutes
Do yoga 2x this week
That is a good start for now.
