My Goals:
To eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, limit my fat intake and exercise daily.

My Program:
I do well with a strict but flexible routine. Oatmeal with strawberries for breakfast, grilled cheese with a tomato and a veggie for lunch, and a veggie burger with low-fat cheese and tomato on a bun with a baked potato and veggie for dinner, and watermelon for dessert. And maybe some low-fat ice cream.

I made myself a snowball,
As perfect as could be,
I thought I'd keep it as a pet,
And let it sleep with me.

And a pillow for its head,
Then last night it ran away,
But first - it wet the bed!
