My Goals:
My main goals:
1. Walk at least one mile a day on my treadmill.
2. Drink only water and my 2 cups of coffee a day....NO soda.
3. Eat at least one fruit or veggie with all 3 meals....and at least one for a snack.
4. Eat breakfast every morning....I really notice myself going off track when I don't.
5. Log into SparkPeople every day.
