Getting it done!

I feel like I go through spurts with being healthy. It’s so easy to tell yourself “eat right and exercise and you will get there.” Which I seem to do, but never can pinpoint why I can’t make that lifestyle change. So here is to losing it again & keeping it off! I have always been active’ish :)

I have 2 1/2 marathons below my belt, but trying to cut down on the ish part. Being 5'3 really makes it hard to be in the 'healthy range' on the weight scale, but I know I can get there! ...

Seems like it's been very long since I spoke to you, I have been MIA on Spark but most of the time was still on track with eating and exercise until getting sick a lot in the last couple months....not to mention had the flu but I'm back on spark to track my calories and back at my exercise. Congrats on getting married soon, when is the date?

Hey, Ive had a big set back with exercising, been very fatigued and this on and off heart pain which I believe is from me stressin out! So Ive been just not working out, feeling down about it so Ive been eating whatever I feel like and not liking that I havent been able to workout, I tried and after the 2nd day I had heart pain in the night so Im gonna try getting back into Yoga every day like I used to to relax my self and self heal myself from Anxiety. When I feel stronger I will get back to the actual weightloss and begin bringing cardio and strength training into my routine again. I hope your doing great on your journey! Girl, I still have like 3-4 pant sizes and 40 lbs to go...not to mention it took me almost a year to get this far, lol we can do it!
