My goals are to lose 58lbs, and then maintain a general weight of 130lbs for life, to be physically fit and healthy, and to manage my mental health through healthy living. I want to create a full and balanced life, full of love, security, confidence, adventure, and success. I want a long, happy life with Matt. I want be a great role model for my family. I want to have a healthy body to build a healthy baby. I want a healthy mind so I no longer feel imprisoned by it. I want to create balance and routine, not to be boring but to create pride and fulfillment. I will make healthy choices. I will meal plan. I will sleep. I will exercise. I will journal, make lists, and write schedule. I will be a better ME!
Lose 58lbs by April 1, 2016.
Get enough sleep, eat well, and exercise often in order to control and reduce my anxiety. This is what the doctor told me.
Take the necessary steps to reduce my stress, and consequently, my stress induced rage.
For now, I'm trying to get in at least 10 minutes of activity a day.
For a diet, I'm just trying to eat more veggies and eat less processed garbage- and less overall.

Thank you for your thoughtful response to my scale blog. I guess there are a lot of other areas I do focus on other than healthy eating (my marriage, God, sleep, etc.). Was just a little lost to what they were stating. Thanks again.

Just wanted to thank you for the comment on my blog! Weekends can be tough, I can totally relate to what you said. Things just snowball ("I'll just have a slice of pizza" - yeah, right) and before I know it I've gone way over my calories. But it's a process, it happens sometimes and it's okay, I think. It's just being human. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to leave a comment :) I added you as a friend, hope you don't mind.

Yesterday I blogged saying how I learned about that 10 step plan on your blog. Today I am starting a daily blog on the steps inviting others to join in. Thank you for blogging about this as it too will help me (and I am sure others) to focus.
