My goals are to lose 58lbs, and then maintain a general weight of 130lbs for life, to be physically fit and healthy, and to manage my mental health through healthy living. I want to create a full and balanced life, full of love, security, confidence, adventure, and success. I want a long, happy life with Matt. I want be a great role model for my family. I want to have a healthy body to build a healthy baby. I want a healthy mind so I no longer feel imprisoned by it. I want to create balance and routine, not to be boring but to create pride and fulfillment. I will make healthy choices. I will meal plan. I will sleep. I will exercise. I will journal, make lists, and write schedule. I will be a better ME!
Lose 58lbs by April 1, 2016.
Get enough sleep, eat well, and exercise often in order to control and reduce my anxiety. This is what the doctor told me.
Take the necessary steps to reduce my stress, and consequently, my stress induced rage.
For now, I'm trying to get in at least 10 minutes of activity a day.
For a diet, I'm just trying to eat more veggies and eat less processed garbage- and less overall.

A job at a coffee bar sounds nice! Sometimes a non-stressful job is the way to go.
Just keep working at Matt and training him and hopefully eventually he will learn not to procrastinate so much! It's good he does complete most of them. My hubby is usually pretty good but he has been procrastinating like crazy about thank you cards from our wedding. I asked him to only write out 3 and I did the rest and it's been a month now! Men! lol

I wish clothing manufacturers would use the same method for sizing women's pants, as they do for men's: Waist x Length. Done. No drama.
