II am at my goal weight and Spark People along with others have helped me so much. I have never been at my goal weight and I am so excited. My doctor couldn't say enough good things about my blood work and my weight. Nothing was out of range on my chart. That has never happened before. I just kick up my exercise and this keeps me on track. I changed my goal weight to 139 since I was told this would help prevent diabetes. I have reached that goal.

My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share. My goal is to reach 145 lbs and to keep it off by participating in SparkPeople. I have reached my goal of 139 but want to lose 2 or 3 pounds more so as not to go over my 139.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. I have added more strength exercises and cardio. I want to make it to the gym more often as I was doing before. I faithfully record everything I eat on the SP Nutrition Chart and record my fitness.

Where you are from, We live in a small town in Florida. We have 2 dogs, both Chihuahua mix. We are retired but are very active and interested in keeping fit.
