I would like to fit back into my clothes. I would like to take some of the stress off my knees.
To find the peace inside myself and start enjoying every minute of every day.


My Program:
 I am going to track my diet and exercise everyday and stick to it. I am going to stay motivated and work hard.
I am also going to get my tthyroid checked again. Most important I am going to have fun!!!

Other Information:
 I love animals, especially Dogs & Cats. I love the outdoors, trees, oceans,sunshine,rain,snow,flowers.

Hi there! Thanks for the kind words on the dog lover's thread for prayer about my precious Sasha. She had a good night last night. I am going to see about some antibiotics on Monday. She gets a recurrent ear infection. But it it time for the family to prepare to say goodbye. We will love always.

I have to keep going back to your picture of "Mr. B always laughing" that is an amazing picture. I don't think I have ever seen a better picture of a Sammy! emoticon

I love the pictures of Baillie and Delilah. Delilah still looks young, is she? Baillie is such a Sammy! Oh boy, he is the picture perfect Samoyed. Mahalo is a Samoyed but she took more after her mom than her dad, where he is has heavy bear look and her mom is more wolf like. They are great dogs. She is about 16 months and I'm hoping more of her wonderful Sammy coat will still come in.
