Have fun and work hard.

Thanks SparkPeople for getting me off the endless yo-yo rollercoaster. 4+ years and counting.

I started my SparkJourney in January 2011 when I was 25 lbs away from my goal weight. Stick with it people, it works.

I took a hiatus, and I am back to lose some more (including some I put back on. (yikes!) The one thing I know for sure is that I CAN do this. I am motivated and dedicated and am I NOT perfect. Sure, I will stumble at some point during this journey, but I ...

My Goals:
Most of the time we simply say "I will go on a DIET" and if most of you are like me, we do good for a few days, maybe even weeks, but that D word simply defeats us. So instead of making a resolution, I made a list of goals that I will work on and change the D word.. make it a lifestyle change...

My goals are:
1. Stay as active as I can on Sparkpeople
2. Get more cardio into my weekly schedule
3. Keep on track with keeping track of my nutrition
4. Keep working toward my big goal of losing a total of 30 lbs.

Personal Information:
Started this journey at the end of January 2011. I lost around 25 then maintained. I would like to take off and then maintain another 15 lbs.

Happy Sparkversary! Glad to walk the journey with you.
ps previous poster mentioned a chile recipe, I have "shared" one, it should be on the recipe site, if not I'll send it to you.
best wishes for the next step on the journey

Sorry I don't have a good chili recipe - I love the 365 Mild Veggie Chili from Whole Foods - even better with some unsalted diced tomatoes! emoticon
