My Goals:
Most of the time we simply say "I will go on a DIET" and if most of you are like me, we do good for a few days, maybe even weeks, but that D word simply defeats us. So instead of making a resolution, I made a list of goals that I will work on and change the D word.. make it a lifestyle change...

My goals are:
1. Stay as active as I can on Sparkpeople
2. Get more cardio into my weekly schedule
3. Keep on track with keeping track of my nutrition
4. Keep working toward my big goal of losing a total of 30 lbs.

Personal Information:
Started this journey at the end of January 2011. I lost around 25 then maintained. I would like to take off and then maintain another 15 lbs.
