I was born in Idaho and have lived here all my life. I think I'm genetically predisposed to LOVE potatoes. When I was very young I told my parents that my greatest goal in life was to marry a potato farmer so I would have unlimited access to my favorite food. (such a lofty ideal)
I grew up and married a computer programmer instead but my love for potatos has never diminished. Now most of my overweight friends have had gastric bypass or lapband surgery and I don't want to go ...
