I'm Going to Feel GREAT!

Working on losing weight gained from too many dinners ordered in, and great beer!

I'm working towards being the happiest and healthiest person that I can be.

Here are my goals for 2010:
Fitness/Health Related:
1) Reach and MAINTAIN my goal weight of 150 lbs.
2) Run a 5K all the way through at a 10 minute mile pace. (Already registered for the Earth Day 5K on April 24th)
3) Run my first 10K.
Other Areas:
1) Try a new recipe each ...
