    Thanks for the blog comment! Yeah, I tend to ignore the scale to a point if I don't like what it says. That isn't necessarily exactly how it works, but I try to pay attention to what I'm fueling my body with, and what I'm doing to workout, and then I will pay attention to the scale if it seems stagnant. But we shall see. I know I will pay more attention to it when I'm in maintenance.

    Thanks so much for the blog comment! I actually completely agree with you and that article, there is very likely a huge percentage of us that can't say no to pleasure things, even when it costs us our health. I think I was there. I remember the thought (a few years back) of giving up sugars FOREVER just seemed impossible. And don't get me wrong, I don't plan to give sugar up forever, but the better grip I get on balance and my health, the more I think that I could if I needed to give it up. I'm glad to go the way of moderation, but I rarely eat processed sugary stuff any more.
