My Goals:
I want to workout 5x a week. I regularly workout 3x a week but for me, that means just maintenance and no weight loss. I really need to focus on my eating habits because working out is easy for me, but choosing healthier eating options is always hard for me. I love good food. I would love to regain my flexibility through yoga.

My Program:
Work out plan includes 5 days of cardio 45-60 mins and strength training 3x a week. For cardio, I try to mix it up but often do the treadmill at the highest incline as fast as I can or the elliptical. I love classes like kickboxing and spinning.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Kansas City. Went to college in New Orleans, moved to the Dallas area for about 6 years and now I'm back in New Orleans and back in school.

Other Information:
I am a very easygoing person who loves to have fun and meet new people. I always look for the good in people. Hoping to find people with the same goals.
