The Life and Times of FeatherGirl!!
Time to change things up a bit!! New background... new colors...... and hopefully... a new me!! Well.... what can I say that will just dazzle and amaze you all??? Not much!! lol I am working on getting me back to where I need to be!! Not much!! lol I am working on getting me back to where I need to be!! I want to see the woman that is in the pictures on my page... the happy one.. the one that was really beginning to love the way she looks. I miss her... she is on vacation somewhere and I don't know where!! I am going to start focusing on the positive!! I have to stop living in the negative.. it has not served me very well!! I am have been stuck in a rut for sometime now and am working on figuring out how to climb out of the rut and not trip and fall back into ti!! I know that all things will come with time.. I just have to believe that I can do it!! I want to love me again!! I miss me!! I want to look in the mirror and recognize the person looking back, instead of seeing someone that is tired and ready to throw in the towel!! Nuh uh.. I am not a quitter!! Wish me luck.... keep me in your prayers... and let's make this journey together!!!

My Goals:
1. My main goal is to be healthy and have more energy!! 2. To finally accomplish what I set out to do.... lose the rest of this weight once and for all!! C. To be the most SUPAFLY me I can be!!! And 5. Stop procrastinating and making excuses for my not working out. I am going to choose me first.... and take care of me!!
My Program:
I am werkin on my fitness.... Ok.. totally lame.. but, whatev!! I am bustin booty at the Y... YMCA... sing it with me now..... I have decided to enter a 5K. My program for the new year is as follows... 3 days/week at the gym... minimum... yoga 5 days a week... even if only for a few minutes. Weight training 3 days a week with the hub.
Personal Information:
I am originally a FL girl... and I think for all of my life, I will always have sand in my shoes!! I love FL and I really miss it some days!! But, I am a Knoxvillian now!! And I am learning to love Tennessee!! I am the baby of the fam.. and some would say pretty spoiled... but, yeah.... not so much!! Well.... Ok.. maybe I am.. or was, or something... but, I think I turned out just fine!! I love life, I love my family, I love my friends and I am thankful to God, every day that I am able to workout and work on being healthier. HE has gotten me to this point!

Hi, My name is Heather and I am a recovering junk food addict!! For Reals, ya'll!! I love me some cake!! But, I avoid it as often as possible!! It got me to the point of needing spark people in the first place!! I want to be supportive and help anyone that may need my help. I am still on this journey of self discovery and weight loss, so I need help and motivation, as well!!.
