Hey, my name is Caitlin and I am 20 years old! I'm a shorty, 4' 8"! I'm in college part time for now. Being in school part time gives me more time to focus on getting healthy and beginning to learn a healthy lifestyle. I've been overweight pretty much my whole life but there were periods of times, where I thinned out but it didn't last long! My Goals:
I have 3 goal weights. 33 pounds seems like so much so I've broken it up into three goals to keep from being discouraged by the amount :) My first goal weight is to reach 120 pounds. Second goal weight, 110 pounds. Third goal weight and ultimate goal, 105 pounds-maybe.

My Program:
I try to do cardio 4 times a week for 30-45 minutes. If I don't do that I try to do 30 minutes of workout videos in my living room or go walking :) I also eat a lot of egg beaters with laughing cow light swiss, turkey and wheat bread, and tuna.
