Losing Weight, Gaining Strength and Stamina
I'm a 60 yr old woman having a difficult time keeping the pounds from creeping up. I have heart issues so I can only do low impact exercise. With that in mind, good nutrition is even more important. I would like to lose 10-12 lbs. which doesn't sound like much but I've been trying to lose it for about 4 years.
